Inside Sales Professional (m/f/d)

Work in a young and motivated team with flat hierarchies and good communication and help to realize the goals of our customers with your eloquence and sales affinity. Your tasks will include identifying potentials in our customers' target markets, arousing their interest in the IT services we offer, and developing and maintaining contact until a valid appointment is reached. In addition, you will act as a contact person for your inside sales colleagues and assume an interface function between team managers and inside sales managers.

Your responsibilities

  • Participation in projects in sales telephony
  • Processing of resubmission management
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Participation in the adherence to project goals
  • Contact person for inside sales staff on project-related issues
  • Assumption of an interface function between team managers and inside sales managers

Your profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training and/or comparable qualification
  • Profound IT expertise
  • At least 2 years of sales experience and/or at least 2 years of experience in sales telephony
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Further language skills are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
